Outlets Manager
The Outlets Manager will be responsible for the leadership of all of Food & Beverage Outlets including Harold's Bistro & Bar, in-room dining and the Liquor Store. He or She will develop strategies to promote and market all F&B Outlets and will take an active role in training and developing the Assistant Outlets Managers, and Associates He or She is also responsible for the strategic financial planning and reporting including budgeting, forecasting and labour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years experience in F&B Management, with previous experience in high volume restaurant and/or banquet facilities
  • A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or related field an asset
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with marketing and promotions 
  • Highly motivated with the ability to motivate others
  • Ability to maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude

Assistant Outlets Manager
The Assistant Outlets Managers will be responsible for the leadership of all the Food & Beverage Outlets, including Harold's Bistro & Bar, in-room dining and the Liquor Store. They will help to monitor controls of labour, beverage costs, inventories, productivity while operating within budgeted guidelines. They will take an active role in the training and developing the Food & Beverage Team Members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Beverage, with previous experience in high volume restaurants
  • A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or related field an asset
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to motivate others

Server
Servers are responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders in an efficient manner while providing friendly, knowledgeable and professional service to all guests.

Qualifications

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience 
  • Must be a positive, service-oriented team player
  • Must be well organized and efficient with teh ability to multitask 
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • “Serving it Right” certification required
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Fluent (written & oral) in English
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Available to work a variety of shifts

Host / Hostess
Host / Hostesses are responsible for greeting and seating guests, and taking their initial drink orders. He or She will also be responsible for answering phones and making any reservation requests.

Qualifications

  • Must be well organized and efficient with the ability to multitask 
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Must be a positive, service-oriented team playe
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience an asset
  • “Serving it Right” certification required
  • Fluent (written & oral) in English

Bartender
Bartenders are responsible for taking and delivering beverage orders in an efficient manner and ensuring that all liquor laws are adhered to. 

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess an outstanding knowledge of wines and spirits
  • “Serving it Right” certification required 
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Must be well organized and efficient with the ability to multitask 
  • Previous bartending experience preferred 
  • Must be a positive, service-oriented team player
  • Fluent (written & oral) in English
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly organized, work well under pressure

Busser / In-Room Dining Attendant
Bussers are responsible for assisting the servers with clearing tables and delivering in-room dining orders to guests. Bussers are also responsible for delivering any special request F&B amenities to VIP guests.

Liquor Store Attendant
Liquor Store Attendants are responsible for using their knowledge of beer, wine and spirits to assist guests with their purchases decision. They will handle all payments from guests and ensure all cash handling procedure are followed.

  • Outstanding knowledge of wines and spirits
  • Must be a positive, service-oriented team player
  • Must be of legal age to sell alcohol
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have strong initiative
  • Fluent in English (written & oral)
