• Has previous Rooms Division experience, preferably in a supervisory or management position
• Is a friendly, energetic person who prides themselves on creating memorable guest experiences through warm & genuine service
• Has excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Takes initiative to find creative ways to respond to guest and associate issues
• Has previous experience with Galaxy and Micros
• Flexible availability
• Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset
• Has a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management

• is available for a variety of shifts, including early morning and late evening
• Has previous hotel or customer service experience
• Takes initiative to find creative ways to respond to guest requests
• Has a valid class 5 driver's licences with the ability to operate a standard vehicle
• Understands that success lies in working together and enjoys being part of a team
• Gets excited by an energetic, fast-paced environment
• Has open availability including evenings & weekends
• Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset
