| The Director of Rooms is responsible for the long term planning and overall leadership of the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments. He or She will work with the Front Office Manager and Executive Housekeeper to develop long term planning solutions to increase revenue within the Rooms division. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Director of Rooms develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the return on investment to the owner. |

| Guest Services Manager |
| The Guest Services Managers are responsible for leading the day-to-day functions of the Guest Services Agents, Switchboard Operators, Airport Attendants and Bellpersons during their shift. They will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in monitoring controls of labour, inventories, productivity while operating within budgeted guidelines. |

| Guest Services Agent |
| Guest Services Agents are responsible for checking guests in and out, handling guest inquires and/or complaints, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests at all times. The GSAs will assist the Guest Service Managers in organizing/blocking any upcoming groups, or airline crews. |

| Night Auditor |
| The Night Auditors are responsible for reconciling daily hotel revenues, producing accounting reports and reviewing daily financial information for accuracy. They also check in and out guests and provide exceptional customer service to our guests throughout the night. |

| Switchboard Agent |
| Switchboard Agents are responsible for answering all internal and external calls, taking in-room dining orders and act as the central contact for all guest services. They forward all guest requests to the appropriate department and provide exceptional customer service to our guests at all times. They are also responsible for helping to coordinate the Shuttle Bus trips with the Airport Attendants. |

| Club Lounge Attendant |
| Club Lounge Attendants acts as a host for the Starwood Preferred Guests staying in-house. He or She will provide personalized concierge service in the club lounge and will be responsible for setting up the lounge for morning and evening food service. |

| The Airport Attendants are responsible for shuttling our guests to and from the Vancouver International Airport while providing exceptional customer service at all times. They work closely with the Switchboard Operators to schedule shuttle trips. |

| Bellpersons are responsible for greeting our guests as they arrive at the hotel, and assisting them with their luggage as requested. They also provide exceptional customer service to our guests by recommending places of interest to visit, places to eat as well as providing information for transportation. |

| Reservations Agents are responsible for taking hotel room reservations from guests over the phone and via fax/computer. They are responsible for inputting group reservations into the computer system, and blocking the rooms accordingly. They will use their customer service and sales skills to increase hotel revenue. |

| The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall leadership of the Housekeeping department including the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisors and Associates. | The Housekeeping Supervisor are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Room Attendants and Housepersons. They deal with any guest complaints and direct any requests to the appropriate Team Member. |

| Room Attendants are responsible for the daily cleaning of our guest rooms and must adhere to a high standard of quality. They will respond to any guest requests delivering the appropriate amenities. |

| Housepersons are responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the public areas of the Hotel. He or She assists the Room Attendants by delivering clean linens. The Houseperson will also assist by responding to guest requests and delivery requested amenities. |
