| Director of Sales |
| The Director of Sales is responsible for the overall leadership of the Sales Department including the Assistant Director of Sales, Sales Managers and Sales Coordinator. He or She will prepare long-range sales and marketing strategies for the department and develop and implement a budget designed to meet these strategies. He or She will provide the necessary leadership and motivation to implement effective sales & marketing strategies and to maximize the generation of hotel sales & revenue. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Director of Sales develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the return on investment to the owner. |

| Assistant Director of Sales |
| The Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for organizing and supervising all departmental activities including prospecting, qualifying potential leads, and preparing written proposals and contracts. He or She will assist the Director of Sales in compiling sales forecasts, the development of guest rooms rates and the collection/reporting of sales data. He or she is also responsible for assisting with the overall leadership of the Sales department including the Sales Managers and the Sales Assistant. |

| The Sales Manager is responsible for negotiating and selling the hotel by following prospects, potential leads, and preparing written proposals and contracts. He or She will also be responsible for setting and achieving personal and departmental revenue goals. |

| The Sales Coordinatro will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales and Sales Managers. He or She will answer all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate manager. He or she will perform other administrative duties such as filing, data input and other duties assigned by the Director of Sales. |
