Starbucks Manager

The Starbucks Manager is responsible for the overall leadership of the Starbucks, including Shift Leads and Baristas. He or She will monitor controls of beverage costs, inventories, forecasts, productivity while operating within budgeted guidelines. He or She will also be responsible for strategizing to promote and market Starbucks.

Qualifications

Maintain a high energy level with an outgoing and upbeat personality
A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or related field an asset
Minimum 3 years previous supervisory or management experience in high volume F&B facilities
Demonstrated ability in taking on numerous responsibilities while meeting deadlines
Ability to develop, train and motivate team members
Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude in fast-paced environment

Starbucks Shift Leads

Starbucks Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations while taking orders and payment from guests and ensuring all cash handling procedure are followed. They will prepare and serve various beverages for guests adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service at all time.

Qualifications

Must be a positive, outing, service-oriented team player
Minimum 1 year previous experience
Must be a high-energy individuals who thrives under pressure
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to motivate individuals and work as a team
Fluent (written & oral) in English
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
Must be highly organized, work well under pressure

Starbucks Barista

Starbucks Baristas are responsible for taking orders and payment from guests and ensuring all cash handling procedure are followed. They will prepare and serve various beverages for guests adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service at all time.
